Our Story

Chris and Heather met while working at an app marketing company in Sartell, MN. They were coworkers and friends for a few years. Toward the later part of their friendship, many of their 'conversations' were passed through their mutual friend Rachael.

Then one day Chris called Heather on her landline work phone to ask if she would dance with him at Joy's wedding the following evening - straight high school prom style - but it worked. They danced and shared what they thought was an unseen kiss. Only to find out later that slow dancing (again, prom style) during R&B slow jams draws a lot of attention.

The following week they tried a date. It lasted eight hours.

A few months later they backpacked around the world from February through May. From Machu Picchu for Valentine's Day to the shores of Cambodia doing nothing at all, it was clear the two shared a love for life, adventure and each other.

Now they will embark on their second journey together - a journey of Husband and Wife.
