Heather & Christopher

Laura Schmidt
Laura is Heather's 'Big Seester'. At only 16 months apart, the two have shared many life moments including joining their first soccer team, drivers ed and the raising of gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies and more. From dance competitions to graduation and now marriage, Laura has always been there to cheer her Little Seester on. Heather is so proud to have such a wonderful MOH who is also the best Mom to the flower girl Kaylee and ring bearer Talen!

Brittany Brama
Brittany is the ONE sister in Chris' sibling gang of seven. And would you believe it...she is the most intimidating of them all! Heather is so happy to get another sister especially one as caring and passionate as Brittany. There isn't an animal she doesn't love or a person she wouldn't fight for. Prior to dating, Chris once told Heather his sister would wear those earrings. At that time Heather was confused as to what that meant. Now she gets it, Brittany has good taste so it must have been Chris' attempt at a compliment.

Dana Bokusky
Dana's transfer from Maple Grove to Osseo Sr High was highly appreciated by Heather as the two quickly became best friends. They went to cheer camp together, annoyed her older sisters together and attended every social event and even went to college togeher. They were dormmates until Dana went further north to pursue her passion of law enforcement. Dana, now Officer Bokusky, is the most caring person you will ever meet and is always finding new adventures and activities to try.

Katy Jo Bates
Celebrating their 10 year friendsversary in 2015, Katy Jo and Heather met Freshman year at SCSU. They've been co-workers, roommates and fellow 'book club' members during the past decade and once Heather even saved the life of Katy Jo's dear, dear fish Colonel Lobs as he flopped helplessly in the sink drain. Katy Jo is one of the most thoughtful people on the planet. If you are ever feeling down, just ask Katy Jo to tell you a life story and her humor will be just the thing to turn your day around.
Joy Commodore
Joy and Heather met while members of SCSU's American Marketing Association and became close friends while attending a conference in New Orleans when they were both stars of a DJ's Sir Mix-A-Lot tribute. It was Joy who introduced Heather to the company where she met Chris and for that they are eternally grateful. Working together allowed the friends to travel to a number of other cities where they coincidently met more throwback stars like Ice T and 'hip hop you don't stop' guy.

Rachael Cecko
Rachael met Heather and Chris while working at NativeX. Chris was supposed to take his trainee to lunch on her first day, unbeknownst to him, so Heather rescued the hungry lady with a bagel, apple and what turned into a lifetime friendship. Both the bride and groom owe Rachael for life seeing as how she played an integral role in the two finally admitting they should give dating a try. Cheers to our very special wingman/winglady.

Ben Jackson
Ben and Chris met in 2005 as roommates deployed in Iraq. They shared an 8’x10’ tin hut, participated in numerous missions, and conducted a good amount of mischief together. Over the course of their two year deployment many stories of one another’s experiences growing up in the Midwest were shared, typically over a heated game of cribbage. The contagious optimism for life and belief that the two would return home made for unexplainable memories and a lasting friendship.

Billy Brama
Among the obvious Tom Cruise – Air Force lifestyle Bill has quite the ability to spark the wild side out of his older brother Chris and vice versa. This we will call the Chris/Bill escalation reaction process perfected over the many years the two spent growing up together. To create: simply place Chris and Bill in any situation and chaos will certainly ensue if gone unchecked. Thankfully for both of these fine gentlemen they have the worlds best women in their lives to help them survive many more years of fun.

Joey Brama
Upon meeting up with the couple during the early stages of courtship, Joe quickly turned on the charm and was sharing some of the most heartfelt stories about his big brother right in front of Heather, making sure she knew just how special Chris is. I know what you are thinking; Chris must have paid Joe like $20 bucks to talk his big brother up like that. Well, you are wrong! Truth be told Joe was doing what he does for anyone that he cares about because he is an extremely loyal and heartfelt person.

Patrick Brama
So one day we will all see Pat’s name on a voting ballot because he runs cities…literally. Pat has been a fan of 'Chris & Heather' before it's existence and he has always been there to support Chris in his pursuit of Heather...including moving her to the cities where conveniently Chris lived too. Pat is one of the most caring and selfless people you will ever meet and the groom and his bride only hope they can repay all of his kindness someday.

Tim Brama
Tim knows everything there is know to about football. He is a coach, avid fan, and dreams about football at night. So everyone knows that guy who shows up to Fantasy Football completely unprepared. Nobody helps that guy, nobody, except for Tim. What you should know about Tim beyond his willingness to help Chris with sports betting, is that he has a huge heart that he wears on his sleeve. Everyone is so excited to meet the future Brama being worked on right now by Team Tim & Caitlin.

Jon Brama
As the youngest Brama boy, Jon had a lot of ‘good and wise’ influences growing up. By ‘good’ I mean we exploited his cute-you can’t get mad at me-5 year old face and sent him on various pranking missions. And by ‘wise’ I mean we gave him advice like, hey Jon, go to college….what did you think I was going to say? Jon is a very loyal, hard working, and courageous guy who they are very happy to have sharing our big day.
